Browser settings
Theme, language and cart contents are stored on your device so the site can remember them after a reload.
Account sign-in
When you sign in with Google or Discord, the site receives a profile identifier, name, verified email and avatar when provided. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in.
Custom LoRA request
Your contact and task description are stored by SeedraAI and sent as a notification to our internal Telegram chat so we see the request and reply in time; for that step the data is also processed by Telegram under its own policy. References are attached to the request in the form and reach the same working chat with it. Do not include unnecessary personal data.
Reference retention
Source references are kept while the order is in progress and deleted no later than 30 days after final delivery. Order and payment records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, disputes or legal compliance.
Payments and files
Payment options and digital delivery terms are shown during checkout. SeedraAI does not store full bank-card details.
External services
Google, Discord and Telegram process data under their own policies. Using sign-in or following an external link means interacting with that service.
Data questions
You can request access, correction or deletion through the support page. Include a contact we can use to verify the request.
